Help creating a blueprint

Hello!
I'm having kind of a hard time creating what should be a very simple blueprint.
The end goal is when the channel is Phone Call, I want to mandate certain fields and a comment (the comment is where the agent describes what happened during the phone call)

Our process:
We receive emails from customers. Sometimes those emails need to be converted into a phone call. That's when we change the channel from email > phone.

Once the channel is phone, we call the customer. When calling, the "Ticket Status" is changed from "New" to "Working on". If  customer picks up the call and we're able to assist, we close the ticket and write in a comment what happened during the call. So far so good - and I've been able to do this using a blueprint.

My problem is with an additional ticket status we have, "No Answer".

I'm having a hard time creating a blueprint that will allow me to transition between all of theses statuses seamlessly.
New > Working on > Closed is ok
If customer doesn't answer it SHOULD be New > Working On > No Answer > Working on > Closed
But I can't figure out how to set the blueprint to work like this. I need to be able to transition from any status to any status. 
I tried using common transition but you can only have 1 common transition.

Is there any way to achieve the scenario listed above?
Any help would be appreciated.
