Say I have an invoice form and included a subform that should hold lines of payment details for cash/cheque/credit card.

Based on a dropdown field "payment method" I would like to hide/show enable/disable certain fields. 

E.g. if "Cash" is selected then I would like to hide or disable all input fields relevant to CC or Cheques etc,
