Latest features and enhancements in Zoho CRM

Hi everyone! Here is a list of the latest updates and feature enhancements in Zoho CRM.

Module builder gets a new, improved look

The new and improved look of module builder helps you clearly distinguish between fields and sections in your module. Boxes separate the fields and sections, so you know exactly to which section you're dragging and dropping a field.

The search bar in Unused Fields lets you easily find the field you want to restore, which you can drag and drop to the required section in your module.

Schedule Emails in CRM

If you're sending emails to customers in a different time zone, or are unavailable to reply to emails at a specific time, you can simply schedule them to be sent at the right time. Choose from three types of scheduling options:

Best time to email- This suggestion is offered by Zia, CRM's intelligent assistant. CRM studies the email trends and suggests the best possible time when the customer will check your email. Choose from one of the time stamps suggested to ensure your email is checked.

Predefined options for scheduling- You get pre-set options to choose from (Today evening, tomorrow).

Custom scheduling- You can choose your own date, time, and time zone.

Outbox folder in SalesInbox

When you're dealing with sensitive information in your email, you may want to send that email at a later time, so you can make edits to it. You can save these emails in the Outbox/Scheduled Folder, and edit them whenever you want.

Schedule Emails at Best Time in SalesInbox

Send your emails when your recipients are most likely to read them. Zia predicts the best time to contact your customer, and lets you schedule those emails accordingly. Read more about it here.

Change Record Ownership

When you change the owner of a record, you can also select the open activities, open contacts or open deals that you would like to transfer to the new record owner. Read more about it here.

Create Workflow Rules based on Record Scores

When you create a workflow rule, you can now choose record score as one of the criteria. Any increase, decrease or update in the record's score will be taken into account when the workflow rule is triggered. Read more about it here.
