New Enhancements in Zoho CRM

Hello everyone,
In today's post we will brief you about our recent enhancements.

List view categories

Earlier, list views were categorized under  Favourites Created by Me and  Shared with Me . We have introduced two more categories:  Public Views and  Other Users' Views .

Public Views - The views that are created by other users and shared with everyone in the organization will be listed here. This will be available to all users, irrespective of their profile. 
 
Other Users' Views - Views created by other users will be displayed here and it will be available for the administrators.

Blueprints in Sandbox

Since, Blueprints have a major impact on the way sales operates it can be helpful if you can rehearse in the testing environment and check the usability thoroughly before implementing. Hence, we have introduced Blueprints in Sandbox.  If Sandbox is already activated in your account, you have to Refresh to begin working with the Blueprints. Read more here.



Supporting Break Hours inside Shift Hours

In Business hours, you can mention Break Hours of a particular shift, which will help you know when the user is unavailable during the shift. In a single shift you can include two break hours.  Similar to shift hours, you can set different break hours for each day. Read more here.



Mandatory Fields are included in Workflow tasks

After this enhancement, the custom fields that are marked mandatory will also be displayed in the task layout. In addition, inserting merge fields in the layout can be done by typing the # symbol. Read more  here.
