Now view Google My Business Questions right from the Monitor tab!

Hello everyone!

Today, we're excited to introduce a new feature that will be important for those of you who manage a Google My Business listing.

We're talking about the ability to view and respond to Questions on your Google My Business listing.





To get started, simply go to your Monitor tab, click on the orange (+) button and scroll down to find 'Questions' under Google My Business. Click on it and then hit 'Save' at the bottom right to add this column to your Monitor tab.

The Questions column will display all the questions that visitors have asked on your Google My Business listing. You can answer a question right from the monitor tab by clicking on 'Answer' underneath the question. The number of responses received on each question are displayed on its right side. If you want to view the replies to a question that has been answered, hit 'Answered' underneath the question.

You can edit your answers later if you have made changes in your product/service some time in the future. You can delete any reply to a question from this window.
