In this post, let's look at the recent enhancements that were released in Zoho CRM.
Add Data Subject Request automatically
Earlier, your customers had to get in touch with you to raise a data subject request. Now they can place the request by themselves through the
Data Subject Request link. You can share the link via email or add the link in one of the email templates before sharing.

View Details and History of Data Processing Basis
In the
Data Privacy page all the details regarding the basis chosen for a data subject will be displayed under the
Details section of
Data Processing Basis.
Under
History you can view all the actions that are performed related to the data processing basis in a chronological manner. This lets you track details such as when the consent form was sent, when it was submitted, communication preference chosen by the data subject, and remarks if any.
Add subforms in Mail Merge Templates
Now, you can add the subform in your template and send it to your customers instead of manually adding that information.
In certain business scenarios you may have to send an invoice to your customers with details of the primary item and the list of accessories purchased which is entered in a subform in your CRM.
Simply choose the appropriate subform merge fields, which will be added to your template automatically.

Zia Voice for iOS devices
You can now talk or chat with Zia and ask questions that you might have on your CRM data. For example, say, "
Get me a list of my open tasks" and she displays all your tasks for the day.
You can also ask Zia to create records, tasks, events, add notes, call your leads or contacts, etc.
