Email filtering in Accounts and Deals
*Account
Upon
clicking the filter option, you will be taken to the screen where all
the contacts associated to the account record are listed. Refer to the
example below:-
Once
you have selected the respective contact, you will be taken to a
secondary filter, where you will have an option to select the user to
filter the email conversation based on your selection.
* Deals
This
is the same case for the Deal record as well, however, if you have
configured your mail add-on via IMAP on the desktop site (crm.zoho.com),
you will have an additional option in the primary filter to segregate
'Emails associated with Deal' and 'Emails associated with contact'.
Upon
selecting 'Emails associated with Deal' all the related emails of sales
orders, quotes etc for that deal record will be listed.
Upon
selecting 'Emails associated with Contact', you will be taken to the
screen where you will have an option to select the user to filter out
the email conversation between the selected user and the associated
contact.
Do give it spin and share your feedback. You can also share your feedback/suggestions by sending over an email to crm(@)zohomobile(dot)com
