Server side at-rest file encryption

Server side at-rest file encryption

When (if ever) is Zoho going to implement server side encryption for data at rest within Zoho Docs (and Mail for that matter?). The viability of this service as a comercial platform is seriously compromised without this feature. I am considering migrating to Office 365 because they have this functionality but Zoho apparently is ignoring this (almost deliberately it seems)
