Zoho Bookings is a scheduling app to get appointments booked, classes filled and monetize assets. The distinctive features are

The centralized dashboard that gives a calendar view of all appointments for the staff and the resources
Syncing of more than one calendar of a staff/a resource to provide a near-zero overlap of personal and business appointments
Auto-generated, customizable Booking Page for businesses without a website. Embed code and domain mapping features for those with a website
A Plug-in which adds/fetches customer information into/from Zoho CRM
Improvements made to Zoho Bookings in the previous months based on your feedback
Instant sync with Google Calendar and Zoho CRM Calendar. Earlier, there were cases where our customers got booked again for the same slot while the sync was happening.

Improvements related to Calendar Dashboard

Users can keep their choice of the calendar dashboard view: day/week/month. Bookings will remember the last view that the user had and reload it when the user re-opens it.
Know who the appointment is with and what service has been chosen on the centralized dashboard itself removing the need to visit appointment summary.

CRM Integration

Improved integration with contacts module of Zoho CRM. The CRM contacts will appear as suggestions when the staff need to make an appointment for one of the customers.

Improvements to Appointment Summary

Use the custom fields feature in the appointment booking form to get more context and see that in the appointment summary. Qualify new appointments and approach customers knowing what they are expecting from it.

Added the Notes field: Users can make a note for them or for their colleagues about the appointment. Know how to prepare for the appointment or what the customer shared during the appointment or a cancellation or a reschedule.
