Zoho CRM - Is is possible to remove unwanted filters from Accounts/Deals/Leads etc?

Hi guys,

There is around 20-30 filters - due date, owner etc. Is it possible to remove all but a few? I only need 2-3 filters.

Secondly, I have created a custom field 'district', it's a dropdown list that I add to the company information - is there any way to filter directly through that list i.e. I click the dropdown button and switch between the districts instead of constantly being forced to remove a filter and add click another district?
