We ( @ZohoCRM) are super excited to host our first twitter chat on generating and maximising sales leads on March 12 [Tomorrow] 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM EDT.

Brent Leary  (@BrentLeary)


Brent Leary is a CRM industry analyst, advisor, author, speaker and award-winning blogger. He is a co-founder and Partner of CRM Essentials LLC, an Atlanta based CRM advisory firm covering tools and strategies for improving business relationships. He is the chair of CRM Evolution 2019, CRM Magazine’s annual industry event. Leary's new blog, Voices Carry, is featured on ZDNet and focuses on how voice-first devices and interfaces are changing the rules of customer engagement. Leary regularly writes for CRM magazine and The Atlanta Tribune, where he also serves on the editorial advisory board. He hosts the weekly One on One conversation series for Small Business Trends. Current and past clients include Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce.com, SAP, Zoho and other major technology companies. He is in the process of writing his next book, "The Amazon Effect: How a New Customer Culture is Creating Crazy New Business Opportunities and Killing Companies That Won’t Adapt", due out in 2020.

Nicole France is Vice President and Principal Analyst at Constellation focusing on digital marketing, sales effectiveness, and customer experience. Her research examines the interrelationship between sales, marketing, and customer engagement and how to make it work effectively. She focuses on the migration path from traditional CRM to next-generation customer engagement strategies. Her work helps both vendors and enterprises to get the most from their investments.

France evaluates the tools as well as the principles and practices that generate the best results in the real world. She considers the customer relationship life cycle to be one of the most critical aspects of digital transformation for any business. It’s also one that can easily go awry. Success requires a clear focus on the objectives as well as a thorough understanding of how technology tools help to achieve them—and where they can’t.

 Dean Langfitt grew an interest in business development when he moved from being a Director of Professional Service into an Account Executive role. He hired The Ruby Group as his sales coach and became proficient at the Sandler Training model, enjoying its straightforward, pressure-free, no-nonsense approach. He loved it so much he joined The Ruby Group in 2008.

Dean's favorite part of the job is working with clients and watching them move from limiting thoughts and beliefs to outlooks of pure possibility. He has the unique ability of questioning client's basic assumptions, tackling tough challenges that arise, and helping clients follow through for extraordinary results.

  • Reply to our questions with hashtag #ZohoCRMChat
    • Example:

  • As new questions are added, repeat the same process.
  • Follow the hashtag and get to know other's perspectives too. 
Any rules?
  1. Use the hashtag without fail while answering.
  2. For question Q1, give your answer as A1. Q2 -> A2, Q3 -> A3, and so on...
  3. Please be courteous while you tweet. No outrageous, condescending, or offensive comments.
  4. Don't share links that take people to random websites.
  5. Don't add any additional questions that divert the discussion.
  6. Please don't advertise products. We're looking into building a close network that only focuses on knowledge sharing and lifting each other up with learning.
