Here's what's new in the Zoho SalesIQ Android app.
1. The all-new re-structured UI
Users spend a considerable amount of their time on the very same UI while assisting visitors. Hence, it is essential that there must be a great messaging experience all together.
With the SalesIQ app's upgraded, clear and crisp UI understandable font, navigation is a breeze. It helps users respond to visitor chats quickly, thus saving them a lot of time. This also means less strain on the eyes!
2. Updated profile views - a better overview
Edit the profile information section whenever and however required! You can change your contact details, display pictures, address, and the departments you're associated to. With the information displayed you can help your visitors figure out if they're talking to the right person from the right department.
You can also view the profile information of other operators in your organization from the mobile app and initiate chats or send them emails right from there in case you want to discuss, follow-up or collaborate on sales and support operations.
3. 'Slide to pick up' incoming chats!
