Custom TaskList and Tasks creation based on project custom field
Hello, I'm trying to configure Zoho Project for a specific use. I have created a custom multiselection field in project template and I would like to create one tasklist with multiple tasks in it depending on the multiselection field on each project. ForEmail alias per task list so these tasks don't get listed under a 'General' task list that we didn't create nor use
Using an email alias to add tasks is very good for forwarding emails directly into Zoho Projects however everything gets listed under a 'General' task list which is counter-intuitive. It would be good to have an email alias for each task list so we canCant BCC comments
Whats the reason why we cant bcc to add to comments? We are getting this error: We are unable to process this email. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN? We suspect the below reasons to be the cause of failure : 1. Hello, Currently is possible to set reminders on each task to send an email to the task owner on x days before the due date. I'd like to propose a configuration that you can set in a way that sends cliq messages to the task owner when the due date of an task is approaching (like 3, 5, 7 days before, it's supposed to be configurable).
