[Projects 2.0] :ZP 2.0 - Gantt Chart

Dear Zoho Projects Team

Congratulations on the new Zoho Projects [2.0] version.

Some comments about old problems:

1. SEND NOTIFICATION E-MAIL

Please implement urgent: Option to Cancel or Turn-off the [ send notification e-mail ] when adding or editing the Task Dependencies. This information is not important and produces a large number of e-mails that pollute all the project management system.

2. GANTT CHART

Working with 1 General Milestone, with Task Lists and some Tasks, the Gantt Chart show the task bars sequence organized by Task Lists. Works well.

When you create distinct Milestones with various Task Lists and some Tasks, the Gantt Chart shows all tasks mixed and it is impossible to work with this Gantt Chart graphics. (I am trying to find what the criteria is used to display the tasks).

And in ZP 2.0, we do not have more the [ Gantt Chart Filter by: User ] ???


3. GANTT CHART LEGEND

In Task Graph View, please change the color of the legend (scheduled tasks are not green, but red).

Scheduled = RED and Actual = GREEN.

It is very important that these items are improved as fast as possible.
