We currently use notes to tag users on CRM native Sales Orders which works great. In Books / Inventory I can see notes from the CRM which is great but I'm unable to add a note to show in CRM or tag another user on the record.
1.1 Is there any way to add a CRM note from Books or Inventory?
1.2 It looks like I'm unable to tag other users on a Books / Inventory record. Is my test system just configured wrong or is it not possible to tag users on records as per CRM Notes functionality
