18 Inactives Accounts

Good morning, 2 days ago i was created an admin account with www.spica.solutions domains, after that, 18 accounts was created over that admin, on next 24 hours, all my accounts drops the same status "inactive account", i cant do anything cause the admin account its blocked. I've been try to create another account with the same domain and the systems says that, this domains is registrared already. So i dont know how can i fix this problem, i really need your help to fix that problem and startup again the accounts.
