Here are my 2 questions

1) I have a client that wants to be BCCed on all incoming and outgoing mail - My current mail server had a configuration so that the person sending / receiving the mail doesn't know it is also going to the business owner - I can see where / if I can configure this

2) As I am a referral partner, I have the "Accounts" page - it is asking for a token - I assume I need this to be able to remote admin the accounts - but can't find where to generate (or what the correct token is)
