3 Questions from a new user - Thank You Message, Resume Submission Field, and Outlook Plugin for Mac

Three questions:

1.  We would like to display a "thank you" message on the screen after someone submits their resume.  We could not find out where to do that within the FAQ and documentation.  

2.  We are using the API but the submit a resume field is not appearing on the screen, only the data capture fields.  I assume it has to be added on our end but just want to make sure I'm not missing something int he admin.

3.  Does the Outlook plugin only work on the PC?  Is there a Mac version?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you..
