3 questions... please assist.

1. How can I get a resume status that says... "Under Review"? 2. When scheduling an interview, is there a way to ONLY pull up those clients/job that the candidate was submitted to? 3. When a job closes/cancels/fills, etc. is there a way to automatically reject those candidates that were not chosen and notate it in the notes section for further reference? As of now, I can only see a way to do this manually and we may have 10's of candidates associated to a particular position.
