3 weeks of problems and still counting.
I have to say that Zoho has the worst customer service, I have ever encountered. For about 3 weeks now we have been unable to use our Zoho Recruit. We have sent emails explaining the problems and asking for help yet we have not received a single response from them. There is no customer service number to call and the only number I could find on the web was a joke. The calls kept dropping.
I would like to confirm from Zoho if this is a subtle way of telling my organisation to go find another service provider or what.? I am very disappointed and extremely infuriated. This is costing me valuable time and money and I have not seen any indications that they will be attending to me soon. If anyone from Zoho is interested in helping me solve my problems, please let me know!!!!
