I have an email account called support@duogeek.com. The user wants to set SMTP in his gmail account, but always he is getting  535 Authentication Failed code error.

This is the full error:

Authentication failed. Please check your username/password.
[Server response: 535 Authentication Failed code(535) ]

 I can confirm the username and password is correct.
