553 Relaying disallowed

Hello, I'm trying to setup this current email with WordPress to send emails from, the main account is different from the account which the website will be sending mail from, I have checked send mail as in the account settings for the ecom account and it shows it's email there so a bit confused here.

It's saying Relaying disallowed

  83. SMTP works if I use the info account as both the send from and envelop email, it's just the ecom email with issues, thank you
