553 Relaying disallowed (in reply to RCPT TO command))

Hi,

I am trying to send an email from CentOS 7 by  using mail command and I am encountering following error when trying to send it to another email address ( samraw003@gmail.com) . However, when I send it to myself ( sammeer@irop.in) it is geting delivered.

Please help I am not able to configure mail setup.
