A bug in your Candidate search Algorithm
Dear Sir / Madame: You have a bug in your candidate search algorithm. I used the Advanced Search feature and entered two criteria (using 'and' feature) - 1) from my Position picklist I selected "Sales - Inside" and 2) from my Province picklist I selected "British Columbia" It returned anyone with sales in their Position. I also tried the search using my City picklist, choosing Vancouver and it returned anyone with sales and the word Vancouver in City. We have North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Vancouver as cities in our picklist. You are not reading the entries in the picklist but instead picking up textual search words. Please advise when this will be corrected. Cheers, Fark
