I recently signed up for the free account (Zoho Business Mail) and planning on upgrading to premium later on, I have a few questions for now.
As an administrator is it possible to monitor all incoming/outgoing mails from all other accounts under my domain without logging in them, besides the "admin" account, including attachments, email, receipts, subjects?
If not, is it possible to set up a auto-cc for all accounts so I receive a copy of what they are sending?
Is it possible to set up a policy so I can prevent my employees to change their passwords or be notified if they do?
