We have a project to create an automated customer onboarding segmented by product. As we close the deal, if that deal is related to a specific product, the customer receive a series of e-mails.

How it can be done?

Can I program this process using CRM, or do I need to sync with other Zoho Products.

We have a Zoho One account and desperately need this automated process.
