A roundabout way for filling and displaying dates

Dear Support Team, If you insert a "date field" in your candidates data, this field can only be filled with the calendar box. For filling in a birthday i.e. 31.07.1962 this is very boring! Further the dates are shown in the for Europeans uncommon US format. Solution: In the main adjustments of recruit it should be possible to decide the displayed date format, i.e. dd.mm.yyyy. It should be possible to type in the date, i.e. 31.05.1981. Best regards Michael Walser
