Ability to attach documents/voice messages/emails to the CRM that are not from the client.

Ability to attach documents/voice messages/emails to the CRM that are not from the client.

If I get a an attached document that is sent from or forward from another email address I have no way from the email to attach it to a specific CRM record. I have to download the document to my desktop / then I have to go the the CRM and attach it that way.  It would be much easier to take it form the Zoho Mail and click to attached directly from mail to the CRM. 

I have the same problem with emails that are forwarded from other departments in my company using ZOHO mail; it does not show up in the CRM list of emails for a client and I cannot attach that forwarded email to the clients CRM as it is a forward and has a different email address. I have to again download it and then save it in the attachments area instead of in the email area of the CRM I can also then not see it in the email list for that CRM recored as it is listed as an attachment. 

I would like a way to manually attach any type of email or document from Zoho Mail to a CRM in any area of the CRM.
