I hope you're doing well.
I understand that with the WhatsApp integration in SalesIQ, clients can contact us via WhatsApp, and we can use WhatsApp templates to send messages outside of the 24-hour window by reopening an existing chat.
However, we would like the ability to send a WhatsApp template message to a client who has not yet initiated a chat with us. As of now, WhatsApp templates in Zoho SalesIQ can only be used for an existing conversation or to reopen a closed conversation. There is no option to initiate a message to a customer who has never started a chat.
We request the addition of a feature that allows initiating a WhatsApp template message to a new client directly from SalesIQ.
