Ability to see Events in Resource Utilization charts

Events don't show up in Resource Utilization charts, such as Reports and Gantt Charts, Resource Utilization. So when scheduling resources, if someone is scheduled for an event it doesn't show up so it appears they are available when they are not.

I think Events should show up on Resource Utilization, same as they do on Calendar.
