It will be nice if there is an option to have the candidate look at his ratings and reviews from the candidate portal. Also once the employee or contractor joins they might be looking for a next client. It will be good if feedback can be shared seamlessly. Candidates not hearing back is a major reason why they won't apply to the jobs at company. Will be nice if they can have that feature in candidate portal
