I am experiencing an issue with my shopify domain email setup and would appreciate your help.
Current situation:
I can successfully send emails using Zoho.
I can receive emails from some services (for example, Facebook).
However, I cannot receive emails sent from Gmail addresses.
My DNS is configured and the domain status shows as active.
Below are the current MX records configured:
mx.zoho.eu (Priority 10)
mx2.zoho.eu (Priority 20)
mx3.zoho.eu (Priority 50)
mx.zoho.com (Priority 10)
mx2.zoho.com (Priority 20)
mx3.zoho.com (Priority 50)
SPF and DKIM are configured.
My questions:
Is having both .eu and .com MX records causing a conflict?
Could this be the reason Gmail emails are not being delivered?
How can I verify which Zoho data center my account belongs to?
