Able to thread forum topics & responses in email?
We just signed up for Zoho Projects, but it seems like our organization will have to cancel our subscription.
When someone responds to a Forum post, it creates a new thread in Gmail (our Zoho is connected to Google Apps) rather than being in one thread like in Basecamp. I assume this is because each response is shown as from: the person who wrote the response...so is there a way that I can change the settings so that every topic has its own thread?
The whole point of switching to Zoho was to REDUCE the amount of e-mails coming into our inbox and this is just cluttering everything. My boss said we will have to 100% switch if this feature cannot be tweaked. I have been searching for hours how to change this, so any help regarding how to do it I would greatly appreciate it.
