about zoho one license options

1. whats are the different between
Account

Employee

as i can see at this page:

seems like Account and Employee are two different things. someone can explain what they mean by that?

2. there is a way to design the deal paper as i want? with background color? and images? or this is not possible? i want the deal pdf or offer the customer get will be with few pages before the deals details and few pages after the deal page details.

3. where i can understand how to connect few whatsapp numbers to the same CRM?

4. can i buy license to my employee only for the project app? and if yes they will have the option to connect the project to account ? if they not have an access to the CRM?
