I have created an account at Zoho using the e-mail below:

atendimento@mrbodysuplementos.com.br

After that, I provided my domain (www.mrbodysuplementos.com.br) and confirmed my property.

Following, the sistem asked me, if I would like to create an administrative login. So, I got the e-mail below:

admin@mrbodysuplementos.com.br

But, I did not make a password for this access.

By the way, I created two more users: livia.mendes@mrbodysuplementos.com.br and christian.michel@mrbodysuplementos.com.br.

In the end, I was knowing the funcionalities of the dashboard, when I made a big mistake, in the dashboard (I do not remember the specific local) I have deleted the access of the main e-mail what I used to creat my account at Zoho. For a while I did not care about because I thought: "I have administrative login", but I realized that I did not have a password.

I have tried reset the password for admin@mrbodysuplementos.com.br, but the sistem needs the main e-mail used to create the account, which one I have excluded from the sistem.

Please, can you helpe-me?

I need the use the main dashboard to create more users access, my small business are without e-mails and we need that, because we are an E-ccomerce.
