I'm having the problem that this account was always the account that I used to access the Control Panel to add new mail users but somehow it disappeared and I can now not access the Control Panel from any of the mail accounts on my domain.

I remember a while ago Zoho changed something and I could no longer login with my username, I had to switch to using an email address - Is this when I could have lost access to my Admin / Super User Control Panel?
