I was helping a friend create a zoho mail account - the text message verification message didn't arrive. I suspect that the number was entered incorrectly. Now when we try resend it for the domain trendology.co.za it displays a notice saying that the domain is associated to an account already and that I need to login.
However the number and email used is not recognised at login. How can I rectify this?
Please can you help.
