Account disabled - Don't acces Control Panel
Dear Zoho!
I have working successful Zoho Mail with domain vedomi.com.br.
However today, I can't login Zoho Mail in account
vedomi@vedomi.com.br; system message "account is disabled". Why?
I have everything set up correctly in my domain (DNS in Registro.br). And this account use only as admin (control panel). How
to restore account administrator? Note: I can not log in by alternative emails.
My functional emails are
ealouzada@vedomi.com.br and
mairamacri@vedomi.com.br (this e-mail functions, but not access the
control panel.). The only
vedomi@vedomi.com.br is what access the control panel. I need it functional.
Please, I need your help.
Obs.: Does the attempt to access Mobile (wrong password) influenced?
