"Account is Inactive" - please help!!!
The error message is that my "Account is Inactive".
I have no idea why it would be considered inactive as it is my primary personal email account and is used for my business.
I couldn't even log in the the support forum with an inactive account.
I have created this new account just to get access to the support forums and to ask for yout urgent support, please help me.
