"Account is Inactive" - please help!!!

"Account is Inactive" - please help!!!

My email address - jarold@gadgetmatrix.com - was working perfectly until a couple of months ago.

The error message is that my "Account is Inactive". 

I have no idea why it would be considered inactive as it is my primary personal email account and is used for my business.

I couldn't even log in the the support forum with an inactive account.

I have created this new account just to get access to the support forums and to ask for yout urgent support, please.
