Good day  to you  please am hving a problem with  my  domain  " www.snc-lavallin.com" have no idea why it would be considered inactive as it is my primary personal email account and is used extensively every single day.

I couldn't even log in the the support forum with an inactive account. I have created this new account just to get access to the support forums and to ask for urgent support, please.
