ACCOUNT NOT ACTIVE ERROR! only by trying to access my E-mails other Apps are working
I can not access my E-mail due an error that says that my account is not active. Before I was trying to access my account and the system request me an new E-mail for confirm my account. I gave the system the alternative E-mail with the confirmation code and the account was verified. My Emails are very important for my business. I can not access my Email and my contact list!! I am using zoho mail since years so I do not understand why could an account not be active.
Please check this error as soon as possible.
