Account Set Up

I am having difficulty setting up my account.  No response to support ticket submitted...
 
My email should be  mcgeever@derrjones.com.  When I opened this account, I used my gmail address because my regular email was not working.  The only account showing is mcgeever@zoho.com.
 
Control Panel gives me a message: mcgeever@zoho.com does not have the domain based mail alias.Create and choose a mail alias as default.
 
I tried to create an alias - mcgeever@derrjones.com - and got this message:  Alias Email Id already registered
by user not belongs to your organization.
 
I don't understand this message.  I am the only person with access to derrjones.com.
 
My email has been down for days.  I'm frantic.  Can someone help??  Thanks.
