Account set up - access to super admin functions control panel

Account set up - access to super admin functions control panel

Just signed up to Zoho - accounts not working properly? Each email seems to have own account? But created under one registration process. Forums say to manage accounts need to log in as Super Admin but no clear instructions on how to do that? Do not seem to have access to a control panel under account created?
Sent support ticket 3 DAYS AGO. No response. Called help line was diverted to answering machine?
