Account Sign-on Error

One of my users previously signed up for a trial account prior to our company's purchase of the full version. She was able to sign in without issues for weeks until yesterday. When she signs into her account, it sends her to the trial one rather than the company's paid account. Please advise on how we can rectify the situation.
