We all appreciate how Google Maps and other navigation apps have become an integral part of our lives, making it easy to find our way to any destination. It's hard to imagine working without them. Now, picture a situation where your sales team needs to visit various clients frequently. Remembering the address and manually entering it into maps can be time-consuming and prone to typos. That's where we've taken convenience to the next level by seamlessly incorporating maps directly within Zoho Books mobile application.

With this feature, you can use your customer's shipping or billing address right within Zoho Books mobile app. Zoho Books seamlessly redirects you to your preferred maps application, with the destination address pre-filled, ensuring you reach your destination hassle-free.

Steps to access maps via Customer Detail Screen in Zoho Books iOS app:

    ➤ Open the Zoho Books iOS app
    ➤ Navigate to Customers
    ➤ Select the Customer you want
    ➤ Scroll down to the address section
    ➤ Click on the “map” button next to the preferred address
    ➤ Choose your preferred navigation app [ Applicable for First-Time Use ]
    ➤ You will be redirected to the navigation app with the destination pre-filled
    ➤ Click on “Start” to begin your journey or check the directions for the route.

Steps to access maps via Customer Detail Screen in Zoho Books Android app:

    ➤ Open the Zoho Books Android app
    ➤ Navigate to Sales >> Customers
    ➤ Select the Customer you want
    ➤ Click on the address section to expand
    ➤ Click on the “Get Direction” button below the preferred address
    ➤ You will be redirected to the navigation app with the destination pre-filled
    ➤ Click on “Start” to begin your journey or check the directions for the route
