Welcome back to our "Accounting on the Go" series. Today, we're excited to introduce a feature that we believe is incredibly useful- the ability to charge your customer's card while you're on the move, without being tied to your desktop.

Your work involves visiting clients at their locations to provide tailored guidance and solutions. You've just delivered a top-notch business analysis service, and they're all set to clear the invoice. With our nifty feature, you can simply raise an Invoice on the spot and charge your customer’s saved card right then and there.

1. Client Convenience: Your clients greatly appreciate the ease of instant payment, eliminating the need for manual payments, checks, or bank transfers.

Let's see how it works:
In Zoho Books iOS app:
➤ Open the Zoho Books iOS app.
➤ Navigate to the concerned Invoice.
➤ Click on “Payments” and select “charge customer.”
➤ Choose the card that you’d like to charge or click on “Charge Using another card” to add the card details and save. If you’re adding a new card, you can also scan your customer’s card, and the details will be pre-filled in the form. You can add additional details and save.
➤ Now, click on “Proceed” and finish the payment process.
➤ The Invoice will now be marked as “Paid,” and a Payment Receipt will be created.
In Zoho Books Android app:
➤ Open the Zoho Books Android app.
➤ Navigate to the concerned Invoice.
➤ Click the "three dots" button and select “Charge Customer.”
➤ Choose the card that you’d like to charge or click on “Add another card” to add the card details and save.
➤ Now, click on “Proceed” and finish the payment process.
➤ The Invoice will now be marked as “Paid,” and a Payment Receipt will be created.
