I'm trying to enable two factor authentication for my wife's account and the following error appears:  ACL01:Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Enabled two factor authentication on Control Panel \ Dashboard

2) Select my wife's account (katalin <at> katalinbako.com) under Control Palnel \ User Details

3) I go to tab Two Factor Authentication and switch it On

4) Admin's password is asked and I give it
