Active Candidates

I am the admin for Zoho Recruit. I entered one job, one department and several candidates. Then I set up another user. When she logs in, she can see the job description but doesn't see any of the candidates that I've entered. What's up with that? I'm assuming that I can use Recruit to permit several of my employees to peruse resumes and provide comments about candidates. Is this a valid assumption?
