Active Sync not working

We have our email hosted with Zoho but one email in particular is not properly syncing.  I have active sync enabled, however after I select and read my emails on my phone, they are still showing up as unread in my Macmail and webmail.  It’s really problematic because I have dealt with messages on my phone but again, they are unread on my computer.  This hasn’t happened before and not with any other of our emails as far as I know.

I have deleted the email address from my phone and re-added it but should I also do that on my computer?  What else can I do to try and problem-solve this?
